~45% of SAP’s revenue comes from services and support. Key question here is whether the composability of AI-driven ERP can cut down on time/money spent on building, maintaining, and servicing customizations.

I’ve long thought it’d be an interesting (albeit risky) strategy to raise +$250m from the gun and directly compete across software AND services with titans in the CRM, ERP, And EHR spaces. Arguably some of the stickiest software on the planet, but also the juiciest contracts. Mount Sinai, for example, has a mid-8-figure 5yr contract with Epic. You best believe they’re getting *exactly* what they ask for out of that contract and they’re willing to pay for it. Tough to enter that arena from below.
