They hope not to lose the original business, but if it was growing at single digits, I think it’s understandable to throw resources into a chance at growing faster again. Otherwise, what’s the outcome?
I think that AI discrimination exists; it is an artificial person and therefore can discriminate: I have had handshake intentionally not load pages for job listings; this is a repeated measure, for jobs that were right for me and just posted@!
