I actually like the idea of a VC going beyond just cutting a check. I know many provide this kind of an advice, but building a dedicated program around it is an entire new level!
As for the focus - product-market-fit is a great place to start. I’ve worked with companies 100M+ ARR that could use this kind of a “refresher.” Many companies, big and small, eventually tap out of TAM for their first product. Building this muscle to rediscover yourself every few years will benefit these companies for years to come!
